5. Educational Courses and Workshops

Live Workshops and Seminars

For live workshops, webinars, or seminars:

  • Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
  • 50% refunds are available for cancellations between 3-7 days before the event.
  • No refunds are available for cancellations less than 3 days before the event.
  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event.

On-demand Courses

For pre-recorded, on-demand educational courses:

  • A 14-day money-back guarantee is provided from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds may be requested within this period if you are not satisfied with the course content.
  • Refunds may not be available if you have completed more than 30% of the course material.
